Thank you for your interest in attending Wikimania 2026 in Paris, which will take place from 21 - 25 July, 2026 with the theme Freedom, Equity, Reliability (Liberté, Équité, Fiabilité).

Registration for the in-person event will go until 1 May, or while places last. Registration for the virtual event will be available until 24 hours before the conference begins.

For those using this form to register for the in-person event: Please note that registration for the in-person event is now done via a Request for invitation. This process improves safety and security measures by allowing the team to complete an in-depth trust and safety review of each attendee before confirming attendance. Complete this form to request your invitation. Once this form is completed, you will hear back from the team within 14 days. If you are confirmed and if you are a self-funded participant, you will be required to make the conference payment of $100 USD within seven days in order to hold your place. This process does not apply to Wikimedia Foundation scholars, who have already undergone a trust and safety review. Scholars should follow the instructions sent to them via email.
